Shipping policy

Free US shipping on every order

Every GlowGirls Beauty order ships free to addresses in the United States. No minimum, no code needed.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Free Standard Shipping: arrives in 7 to 15 business days after your order is processed. Delivery may take longer during holidays, promotions, or severe weather.

Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will never be charged extra for this.

Tracking

You will get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show movement. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping email, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier.

Wrong address

We can update a shipping address only before your order ships. If you entered the wrong address, email us right away at support@glowgirlsbeauty.com. We cannot recover orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, email us within 7 days at support@glowgirlsbeauty.com with your order number (and photos of any damage). We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
