Which GlowGirls LED mask should I buy?
It depends on how you want to use it:
- Mini Glow LED Mask ($69.99): best first mask. Featherlight (61g), three light colors (red, orange and blue), USB powered.
- 7-Color LED Face & Neck Mask ($74.99): best for face and neck together. 192 LEDs, seven color modes, a matching neck piece and a remote. Plugs into a standard US outlet.
- Pro LED Face Mask ($149.99): our most complete mask. Cordless with a 2500mAh rechargeable battery, sealed white shell and black eye visor, multi-mode LED glow.

What is the difference between the Pro and the 7-Color mask?
The Pro is cordless and rechargeable with a sealed full-face shell and eye visor. The 7-Color covers your face and neck, has 192 LEDs and seven color modes, and runs from a wall outlet with a remote. Choose the Pro for freedom to move around, and the 7-Color for face and neck coverage at a lower price.
Using your device
What is LED light therapy?
LED light uses specific wavelengths of visible light as part of a skincare routine. It has been used in professional spa settings for years, and at-home devices let you build the same kind of ritual into your week. Our devices are cosmetic skincare tools, a step in your routine alongside your cleanser and moisturizer.
How often should I use an LED face mask?
Start with three to five sessions a week, about 10 minutes each. Consistency matters more than frequency, so pick a rhythm you can keep.
How long does a session take?
About 10 minutes. Most of our masks run on an automatic timer and switch themselves off.
Can I use the mask with my skincare routine?
Yes. Use it on clean, dry skin after cleansing, then follow with serum and moisturizer, such as our Turmeric Hydrating Face Cream. Applying products underneath can stop the light reaching your skin, so save them for afterwards.
Is it safe to use around my eyes?
Keep your eyes closed during a session. If you have an eye condition or light sensitivity, or take medication that increases photosensitivity, check with your doctor first.
Who should not use these devices?
If you are pregnant, have a history of seizures triggered by light, take photosensitizing medication, have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, or have a skin condition being treated by a professional, speak to your doctor or dermatologist before use.
Do these devices treat skin conditions?
No. GlowGirls devices are cosmetic tools designed to help your skin look its best. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Care and charging
How do I clean my device?
Wipe the inner surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth after each use, then let it air dry completely before storing. Do not submerge the device, and avoid alcohol wipes or abrasive cleaners.
How do I charge it?
Use the included cable. The Pro has a 2500mAh rechargeable battery, the Mini Glow is USB powered, and the 7-Color plugs into a standard US outlet. Check the manual in your box for exact charging times.
Orders, shipping and returns
Is shipping free?
Yes. Every order ships free to US addresses, with no minimum and no code needed.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days, then arrive in 7 to 15 business days with tracking. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship to all 50 US states.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Devices can be returned unused, with all accessories and the original packaging. Skincare can be returned if unopened and sealed. If anything arrives damaged, stops working within 30 days or is the wrong item, we replace it or refund you at no cost. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
