Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

What can be returned

Beauty devices (LED masks, neck and jawline devices): returnable within 30 days if unused, in like-new condition, with all accessories and the original packaging.
Skincare (creams, oils, soaps, lip care): returnable only if unopened and sealed. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened or used skincare.
Not returnable: gift cards and items marked final sale.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If anything arrives damaged, stops working within 30 days, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you will not pay any shipping.

How to start a return

Email support@glowgirlsbeauty.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
We will reply within 1 business day with your return approval, the return address and instructions.
Ship the item back with a trackable service. Packages sent without an approved return request cannot be accepted.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
